What is the OSRA?

Founded in early 2024, the Open Source Robotics Alliance is a coalition of organizations and companies working together to ensure the long-term sustainability and evolution of open-source robotics technologies. Celebrating its one-year anniversary, OSRA has quickly grown into a cornerstone of the robotics community, fostering collaboration, transparency, and shared innovation across the industry.

We’re also thrilled to announce our participation in the upcoming ROSCon 2025, the premiere global gathering of the ROS community. But just as importantly, we’re especially looking forward to ROSConFr 2025 — the French edition that brings together the local ecosystem.

As a company based in Paris, Heex is passionate about nurturing the local robotics scene. In fact, we're actively working on launching a series of ROS Meetups in Paris starting later this year. Our goal is to create a tight-knit community of developers, researchers, and startups who share a passion for open robotics and want to build the future together.
